Just had to post about this link I found with the most incredible crocheted art: Patricia Waller. I would go potty trying to do that sort of thing, so I'm filled with admiration.
Anna: have you seen Louise Weaver's work? She makes neatly crocheted lurex skins for taxidermy forms - they're just fantastic (I saw an exhibition of her art last year.)
Ruth: ye gods, crocheted steaks with eyeballs and arms, that's just disturbing :) I love her Pancho y Juli puppets, she's got such a great sense of humour.
